How it works

  1. Go to your Instagram profile.
  2. Open Settings > Accounts Center > Your information and permissions > Export your information.
  3. Create a new export for your Instagram profile.
  4. Select Customize information and include only Followers and Following.
  5. Wait for Instagram to prepare your data and download the HTML files.
